Our Story

Kenneth Chai, the Founder of KACE Consultants, had realised during his corporate management career that it is common for corporations to have a certain degree of misalignment in terms of their corporate objectives and their personnel’s personal goals. Corporations would focus on amongst others profitability, returns on investment and business sustainability, while their personnel would be interested in remuneration, learning and development, and meeting their family and personal needs. While corporations may still succeed notwithstanding the misalignment, the overall results would be far greater should the degree of misalignment be minimised or if possible eliminated.

With this in mind, KACE Consultants was founded to provide comprehensive and functional solutions to corporations that are aimed at aligning business and corporate management with people so that achieving the set corporate objectives becomes more certain. KACE Consultants has two divisions- ‘Kaizen, Alliance & Corporate Excellence’ and ‘Knowledge Academy & Centre of Excellence’. Both divisions work hand-in-hand and together they play equally important roles in helping corporations succeed.
