KACE Consultants delivers its work through two complementary divisions: Kaizen, Alliance & Corporate Excellence and Knowledge Academy & Centre of Excellence.

These divisions reflect the dual nature of sustainable organisational success. Kaizen, Alliance & Corporate Excellence focuses on business and corporate management advisory and consultancy, supporting boards and senior leadership teams in areas such as governance, strategy, sustainability, and execution. Knowledge Academy & Centre of Excellence focuses on leadership, executive and business coaching, facilitation and development, supporting leaders in building the capability required to lead effectively in complex environments.
