Founder & Principal Consultant

Kenneth is the Founder and Principal Consultant of KACE Consultants, a business and corporate management consultancy that partners with organisations and their leaders to perform effectively, responsibly, and sustainably over the long term. The firm’s work spans business and corporate management advisory and consultancy, as well as leadership, executive and business coaching and development.

Before establishing KACE Consultants, Kenneth spent over two decades in senior corporate management roles across a range of industries and organisational contexts. His professional experience spans corporate planning and strategy, corporate finance, corporate affairs and branding, corporate communication and stakeholder engagement, corporate governance and compliance, sustainability, and strategic marketing. This breadth of experience enables him to understand organisations as integrated systems rather than collections of individual functions.

Kenneth is an experienced Independent Non-Executive Director with Chairman experience, having previously served as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of a public listed company. He currently serves on the board of a public listed company as an Independent Non-Executive Director. His boardroom experience informs his advisory and leadership work, allowing him to bring a practical, commercially grounded perspective to matters of governance, strategy, risk management, sustainability, and leadership accountability.

Through KACE Consultants, Kenneth provides business and corporate management advisory and consultancy to boards, CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams. His advisory work focuses on strengthening governance effectiveness, aligning enterprise strategy with long-term value creation, integrating sustainability considerations into decision-making, and supporting organisations through growth, transformation, and organisational change.

Alongside his advisory work, Kenneth is deeply engaged in leadership, executive and business coaching and mentoring. He partners with leaders across MNCs, public listed companies, family businesses, SMEs, and founder-led organisations to support leadership effectiveness in complex, high-accountability environments. His coaching and mentoring focus on leadership judgement, emotional intelligence, decision-making quality, and the human dynamics that influence organisational performance.

Kenneth’s approach to leadership development is grounded in the belief that sustainable organisational performance is ultimately driven by leadership quality. He works with leaders to build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and lead with clarity, responsibility, and purpose, while remaining commercially focused and outcome-oriented.
